How far from the listing will you shoot b-roll?
That depends on what's relevant to the listing. For most residential properties we capture within a one-to-two mile radius — neighborhood streets, nearby parks, retail, and schools. For rural or land listings we can extend the coverage area. Tell us what matters most to your buyers and we'll plan accordingly.
Can I add neighborhood b-roll to an existing listing media package?
Yes. Neighborhood b-roll is available as a standalone shoot or as an add-on to any interior photography, drone photo/video, or Matterport package. Bundling saves you money and keeps the creative consistent across all your listing media.
